Re: 1965 Ford f100 4x4

In the pictures it looks amazingly rust free. If it wasn't on the other side of the country I'd at least go look at it!

And then would probably buy it and have another thing in the shop because it's empty enough right now I can still walk in there. At least thru the trails.

Re: 1960 Ford F100 4wd Napco

Not may favorite body style, but those early 4x4 trucks are cool. I had a Napco Chevy when I was younger, but it was basket case and I couldn't really afford to fix it. Finally ended up selling it and wish I had kept it. The guy who bought it did get it back on the road and I still see if every once...

Re: My Grandfather's 69 F-100

Honestly it really isn't that much harder than installing a carb. Are you using the same ignition that you have now or did you buy a distributor and coil along with the EFI? Are you using the fuel command V2 or are you building your own fuel system? Did something go wrong with your injector job on t...

Re: My Grandfather's 69 F-100

Looks good even in the pictures!

Worst part of the EFI install is messing with the return line.

Re: 1986 f200 crew cab shortbed????

That's what I figered. Here's what I found on the inner webs: "The F-150 Lobo is based off the STX series and adds a few distinctive elements like a billet grille, monochromatic design and unique 17-inch aluminum wheels. The Lobo Edition gets specific badges that include a wolf (lobo means "wolf" i...

Re: 1986 f200 crew cab shortbed????

Lobo is the trim level. It's the Mexican equivalent to a Lariat up here.

I've got a F150 Lobo badge I acquired on one of my Baja 1000 trips.

Re: 73 C/S Regular Cab

Pretty much got the 390 together and ready to go into the truck. Left the carb off because I normally use a carb lift plate and I'm going to swap the accessory drive off the 360 once I pull it. I started putting the plug wires on after this pic was taken, need to finish that up but it won't stop me ...

Re: 77 Crewcab Build

Managed to get some parts in before the weekend and I took the day off to try and get the rear suspension done on the Nova and when that didn't go as planed I did some work on the crewcab. I got the front filler neck installed which required some cutting and welding to make it line up correctly. The...
