So I'm still working on the truck (perpetually). Ordered some power parts this weekend, they should make shrapnel out of my rear dana 60 in no time, forcing me to install the dana 80 that's in the garage.
In order to install the power parts I had to modify and reinstall the wastgete actuator to lie along side the turbo, instead of sticking out directly into my A/C box, pretty pleased with the results.

I also scored an EGT guage from a friend for twenty bucks, facilitating the power parts.

What trans do you have, I thought it was an NV4500? If so I still have the great manual I bought from quad 4x4, Ifen you need it gimme a shout. My NV was really a straight forward rebuild, no difficulties other than the two or three tasks requiring a hydraulic press.
I'm hoping to have the d80 in before really pushing it, but we'll see. The power numbers the parts maker is claiming are really kinda scary, 330 horse, 750 ft lbs!
That's an increase of 310 ft lbs for $29.95. I love this engine!

So I got the power parts in, major power increase, maybe not 750 ft lbs, but nice. Turns out I wasted my time with the wastegate actuator, as I had to block it back off in order to build over 20 psi of boost, oh well.
