I'm always leery of a site that starts out, "You need my perches....." Ford made Engine Mounts for the 1973 to 1979 F Series trucks that bolt right into the Bumps. No Drilling, NADA......BOLT IN! Buy them Cheap from the Local Pick and Pull. Transmission needs to be a C-6 that bolts to the 460. The Cross Member that is in your truck already will accept the Transmission Mount Rubber for your year of C-6 Tranny. Nothing else is required except the time to remove the old Engine and Transmission and replace it with the new units. You will find a few odds and ends, possibly, but all should be a bolt in deal.

One thing, though.....This is for the 2wd ONLY! Ford didn't put a 460 in 4wd trucks in the 60's or 70's so they didn't make motor mounts. If it's a 4wd truck you are converting, read the sites with the custom built stuff and figure out what is best for you.
