all the research I have done on the EFI heads shows them to be comparable to

the D3VE =E7TE in flow numbers head and the D0VE = F3TE in flow numbers

the port design is much better and get even better with mild porting

I have no issues dealing with the EFI if the speed denesity give me to much grief

I will go to OBD II on it as you can see I already plumbed it for mass air

max RPM is 5000 and it will rarely if ever see that

75 MPH cruise in my dually spins the engine at 1600 rpm

this engines power range I want to start as close to 800 RPM as I can get it the EFI head should be able to flow enough at these lower RPMS
the less times the piston jumps up and down the less fuel it will burn :lol:

got teh stuff back from the machine shop
rotating mass balanced block decked and bored

final cleaning and start putting it together

prolly pop pictures as I go

parts in a pile
been to busy with summer and other peoples junk to even essemble the rotating assembly
still have to get a custom Cam and roller lifters and roller rockers

cam is ordered 2 months to get it :shock:

ordered scorpion roller lifters and roller rockers they should be hee before next weekend

ordered a ring file and that did not happen going to try that again

Who are you getting your cam cut through?? I ordered mine from Randy for my 501. I don't remember exactly how long it took to get it, but I know it was way less than two months!! He's a great guy to deal with. Give him a call and maybe he can help you out??

I hope your using a roller.....comp hydraulic ones are junk since they changed blank suppliers.
