Wow, I had no idea these even existed. Looks like another Mexico only thing. You can see the f200 badge on the truck. I don't speak spanish, but I assume it's for sale. I would love to own it... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ci2NkbQ0veY

I am Mouguluc. Why? Because I can't figure out how to change it.

:o
That is awesome! I know that there were all kinds of trucks built south of the boarder that we never got up here and I know that the F-100 was built up until the 90's in some places like Brazil, but this is the first time I have ever seen an F-200, let alone a shortbox crew cab. The thing looks mint!
The narrator keeps mentioning Lobo, which I have seen on newer, late 90's - early 2000's F-150's before (which alway seem to be driven by Mexican folks) around the valley. I am wondering if that means 2WD down there?
Anyway, it's a sweet looking truck regardless. Thanks for sharing it.

Lobo is the trim level. It's the Mexican equivalent to a Lariat up here.

I've got a F150 Lobo badge I acquired on one of my Baja 1000 trips.

That's what I figered.
Here's what I found on the inner webs:
"The F-150 Lobo is based off the STX series and adds a few distinctive elements like a billet grille, monochromatic design and unique 17-inch aluminum wheels. The Lobo Edition gets specific badges that include a wolf (lobo means "wolf" in Spanish) and is only available in 4x2 powered by the 4.6-liter V8"

Huh, interesting info guys. I would definitely scoop one of these up if it was for sale near me.

I believe that depends on year. The one I acquired the Lobo badge off of was definitely a factory 4x4 Lobo truck. One of the guys we raced with down there had a brand new Raptor and his kid had a new Lobo 4 door 4x4 F150.

Although to be fair, I don't recall seeing newer Lobo's that were bigger than a half ton. But I do still keep in contact with a couple Mexican Nations we raced with, I'll ask them next time I talk to them.

That info off the inner webs was for a 2002 model year, so it certainly could have changed since then.
All of the LOBO trucks I have seen here have been 2wd supper cabs, many of which were flaresides. The first one I saw, I assumed it was an aftermarket badge. But then I started noticing them more often and realized it must be a special south of the boarder model.
