If it's actually as advertised that would be a killer start to a project. Has good patina as well, if you're into that sort of thing a light wet sand and satin clear or flat clearcoat would be a cool way to go.

Have to go look in person, if it's really a F350 longbed it genuinely is pretty rare.

What's up with the Dual Cargo Lights on back of cab?? Is that a Camper Special thing??

He must have added them. There are also interior lights on either side above the seat belt on the B pillar that look the same dome light with two map lights like I had in my '88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe. Hard to tell since you can't see if the factory cargo light switch is there.

I agree. I noticed the interior lights above the seatbelt retractor covers too.

Another interesting tidbit are the B pillar mounted ashtrays.

It has the Ranger XLT badging, but it doesn't have racetrack trim, only the upper chrome is there. I always thought that in 78/79 a Ranger got the uper trim and a Ranger XLT got the full racetrack trim.

You just made me look and my 78 XLT use to the pillar ash trays. Guess I need to start shopping.. :D

When he lowered price to $5500 it disappeared. I thought it was a $6000 truck easily.
