Not perfect, but not a bad and probably a great start for a driving resto. It's nice to see something that is priced reasonably for it's condition.

looks like poor paint over mud IMO

Yep, I would be worried about the drip rail areas. The roof has been puttied and painted for sure. :?

That would need an in person inspection for sure. With the better pictures it still looks like a fair deal even with the brushed on paint. I've bought a few like that, and some are trying to hide serious cancer, some are just not real bright and thought brushing paint on would be an improvement.
